FEBRUARY MENU

CURRIES/STEWS

Curry Mutton - Marinated for 24 hours. Slow cooked. Strong notes of ginger and garlic with a lickle kick. (GF)
Colombo de Poulet - Inspired by the French Islands - A rich yet light curry with coconut milk, pumpkin, cho-cho and chicken. (GF)
Jerk Spiced Jackfruit - (V/VE/GF)

SIDES

Roti - homemade buss-up-shot roti, to perfectly complement our main dishes (V). Vegan option available.

Wings - Jerk wings served crisp and sticky with a jerk glaze. (GF)
Plantain - cooked two ways, boiled with skin on, blackened on the griddle. (V/VE/GF)
Cassava Fries - Steamed then fried cassava. (V/VE/GF)
Seasonal Coleslaw - locally grown cabbage and carrot, with a lime dressing. (V/VE/GF)

SAUCES

Hot-pepper - Does what it says on the tin. (V/VE/GF)
Mango Chilli - Sweet and spicy. (V/VE/GF)
Tamarind - Sweet, earthy, delicious. (V/VE/GF)

DESSERT

Cornbread, sweet-chilli jam, vanilla ice cream (V)
Choice of dairy and vegan ice creams
